Blood, gore, swords, sorcery, with a a little dash of sex. Conan is everything I expected it to be. Dumb, loud, simple, and full of entertainment value. A great party movie.
Saw Conan. Agree. Dumb, loud, simple, somewhat B-rate action/gore, but yes entertaining. Also I saw "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark". I actually thought it was kinda corny horror like Gremlins. Of course it is a remake so you can only take so many liberties with it but I expected more out of Guillermo Del Toro.
@aiden-raccoon Yeah I agree. He didn't direct it so I won't hold it against him. I'm posting that review as I type this. So much potential with that premise was squandered in my opinion. If you're going to remake something like this I think you need to add a little more to it, or do a different take all together.
